My name is Ashley and I am committed to providing a safe and inclusive space so that you can get the most out of therapy. I use a blend of therapy techniques that are fine tuned to what you need to be successful. My areas of focus include treating anxiety, trauma, self-esteem building, self-discovery and developing coping skills.
I believe that providing a judgement free zone and having an open mind helps build success during the therapeutic process, as it can be very vulnerable at times. My goal is to walk alongside you and support you as you share your story with me. I hope that you leave every session feeling heard, respected and seen no matter how challenging of a session it may be.
Fun Facts: I’m the oldest of 7, I grew up in a military family and I have a sweet tooth.
