“It is exhausting to feel like you are constantly playing catch-up with your own life.”
Whether you are a young adult struggling to find your footing or a mom navigating the overwhelm of family life and relationship transitions, I’m here to help. Often, we see the world not as it is, but as we are. When you are drained by anxiety, depression, or substance use, even the smallest tasks can feel like mountains.
My approach is rooted in a deep respect for your ability to grow and the belief that what is learned can be unlearned. In our sessions, we focus on practical coping skills and creative expression to find real relief. We don’t just talk about the problems; we work toward a concrete plan for adjustment so you can feel more like yourself again.
I have a particular urgency for supporting children and young adults (ages 10–24) during these high-impact years, but I am equally passionate about supporting the moms who anchor them. As an LPC-Associate (supervised by Kimber Muro, LPC-S), I work to ensure you leave every session with a sense of meaning and hope—never with the idea that a problem is too big to be solved. Let’s start building a future you and your family can actually be excited about.
