I am a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health from Lamar University (2023). I specialize in Person-Centered Therapy, focusing on creating a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences.
I have a strong background in working with children, adolescents, and individuals dealing with trauma. In addition to counseling work, I am a Special Education teacher, which allows me to bring a unique understanding of educational challenges and developmental needs into my counseling practice. I have experience in group therapy settings, where I have helped clients develop coping skills and gain insight into their emotional well-being.
My counseling philosophy revolves around helping clients navigate through difficult moments and empowering them to become the best versions of themselves. With a deep commitment to fostering resilience, growth, and self-acceptance, I am passionate about guiding individuals through their healing process.
